My computer is sending emails that I am not sending.?

I have Mcafee antivirus installed and it says my computer is good and is protected I have no idea what to do or how to stop the e-mails I am getting approx 55 undeliverable notices each day for the past two days. Not sure if it is my computer or the email service provided by yahoo?
