Can i stretch my ears with tattoo goo?

Please don't stretch your ears. It by far the most unattractive and dumbest thing you can do to your body. My boyfriend went over an inch and a half and it completely blew out now it looks so weird. You can sew them up but having your ear look like a saggy butthole is not the greatest idea.
