Google keeps redirecting me to other websites?

I had a virus a few days ago, and while I did eliminate the Galelio portion of it, my search engines are still messed up. They keep redirecting me to random websites, I tried Malwarebytes and Mcafee security scan plus but neither remove the virus. It's been almost a week now, what do I do?
