HOW CAN I GET MY PROTECTION BACK?

hey i am in real trouble. yesterday i accidentally reset my computer now all my files are gone and i had to reputed everything back which i did but i have two problem here.one" i cant get McAfee back because i reset my computer i want to know how can i get it back the way it was and my mom is still paying them. number two : my mom had about 205 songs on our media player and now they're all gone, and now shes PISS at me and said if i don't get them back im gonna be in a situation i don't want to be. so please tell me how i can get them back the way they were and also how to get my pc protection back PLEASE HELP A GUY OUT PLZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
