How do i get "RON ads by revenuestreaming" off my computer?

i have a pop-up virus that heads "RON ads by revenuestreaming" that come on every 15 minutes and i am sick of it. i have mcafee with full settings, and the block all pop ups option enabled in IE9. how do i get this virus off my computer? please, im a noob.
