Im scared of telling a girl that i really like her?

she is super pretty and has an amazing personality. we are good friends i would say as she calls me her best buddie. she always hangs around one boy. i think she might like him. i want to tell her as i think i would regret it in the future. the one thing im concerned about is that she will tell her friends and then everyone will know. HELP??!!
