Niobium(IV) Acetate + Bromine?
Nothing indicates that the reaction takes place in aqueous solution and there is no counter-ion for the acetate ion. Also Nb has a more stable (V) oxidation state. This is a composition equation since the Br will oxidize the Nb(IV) to Nb(V).
