Sims 3 Generations and Mcafee?

Whenever I play the Sims 3 Generations, I get a message from Mcafee talking about the launcher and it asks me if I want to allow it or block it. Is it alright to allow things from the Sims 3 to come onto my computer? Which is the right option?
